HSE Manager UK

Location: Dimes Place, Hammersmith, London, United Kingdom; travel across the UK is required when needed.

Salary: GBP 50,000–60,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own HSE matters across offices, warehouses, RVM sites, and partner locations in the UK.
• Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation and hirify.global’s Safe Management System.
• Develop and review risk assessments, safe systems of work, policies, and procedures.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and internal and external audits.
• Deliver HSE training, promote a proactive safety culture, and report on leading and lagging indicators.
• Lead emergency response planning, environmental compliance, wellbeing initiatives, contractor standards, and HSE KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Proven HSE management experience in multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence positive change.
• Collaborative approach with a strong commitment to safety and sustainability.
• Availability to work across UK locations and travel when required.
