Business Development Representative (Fintech)

Location: Piemonte, Province of Perugia, Italy; hybrid workplace with regular client visits

What you will do

• Promote payment and financial services by visiting merchants at their premises.
• Support merchant verification, activation, registration, and ongoing product usage.
• Provide in-person consultation and present product features and benefits.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance while managing scheduled and self-initiated activities.
• Open cases and escalate issues beyond the scope of direct resolution.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services.
• Understanding of financial products, services, features, and benefits.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems.
• Strong negotiation, organization, diary management, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base, with strong computer literacy and a technology-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
