Software Engineer III: Test Automation

Location: Hybrid in Allen, Texas, with at least 2 days per week in the office. The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship or support; applicants must already have authorization to work in the United States. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required.

Salary: $76,400–$115,000 annually, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Design, build, enhance, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks.
• Develop automated tests and comprehensive test plans and test cases using QA methodologies.
• Lead or support unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for software reliability, security, and performance.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams on release readiness and test coverage.
• Debug complex issues across environments and automation scripts, review work from less experienced team members, and resolve quality issues.
• Define automation standards, create technical documentation, and promote test-driven development and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
• Experience with C#, Java, Selenium, and test automation tools.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and QA methodologies, including test plan and test case design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
