Software Engineer III: Test Automation

Location: Hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the Allen, TX office. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required.

Salary: $76,400–$115,000 annually, based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop, test, review, and support applications from code delivery through retirement.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to release readiness and test coverage decisions.
• Lead or perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing focused on reliability, security, and performance.
• Define automation standards, create technical documentation, and recommend improvements based on emerging QA technologies.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams while troubleshooting complex issues across environments and scripts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of technical experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
• Experience with C#, Java, Selenium, and test automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on critical deliverables.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least 2 days per week in the Allen, TX office.
• Immigration sponsorship and support are not available now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree.
