Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accountability for production-plan performance and monitor daily progress against delivery commitments.
• Coordinate Supply Chain, Quality, ATO Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to maintain a stable delivery cadence.
• Act as the primary contact for execution activities and resolve operational blockers affecting schedule adherence.
• Maintain the operational risk register and ensure timely risk assessment and mitigation.
• Prepare daily delivery-performance reports, dashboards, and hot-topic summaries covering status, risks, and required actions.
• Support continuous improvement and data-driven operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in project management, delivery management, or production control, preferably in an operational or complex industrial environment.
• Experience managing large projects or processes with limited oversight and navigating complex operational challenges.
• Strong project and process management, risk management, and process improvement skills.
• Accountability, influencing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are relevant credentials.
