Principal Engagement Lead (Technology Advisory)

What you will do

• Own delivery outcomes by translating client goals into workstreams, milestones, and implementation outputs.
• Structure and lead AI-native advisory engagements, breaking ambiguous problems into actionable components for teams, AI agents, and client stakeholders.
• Design AI-enabled workflows for analysis, scenario modeling, workflow generation, and documentation while managing output quality.
• Review engagement outputs for logical consistency, business relevance, and technical feasibility.
• Work directly with CTOs, CIOs, and program leads to turn advisory recommendations into practical execution paths.
• Identify delivery risks and create reusable workflows, engagement models, and decision frameworks.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in consulting and strategy, with a strong technology background and experience transitioning into advisory and strategy.
• Extensive pre-sales experience, including pricing engagements and preparing proposals, pitch decks, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Ability to design workflows around AI tooling, evaluate AI output confidence, and continuously develop technical skills.
• Expertise in systems thinking across business processes, technology, data flows, and end-to-end dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior business and technology leaders.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to balance AI capabilities with human judgment and oversight.
