Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for clients across the energy and utilities value chain.
• Collaborate with technical, innovation, and client teams to scope, manage, and implement projects.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, data scientists, ML engineers, and technical partners.
• Translate user research and complex technical concepts into solution requirements and operational impact.
• Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation in high-stakes environments.
• Develop proposals, mentor peers, and strengthen delivery processes and practices.

Requirements

• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery, managing complex project lifecycles and critical deadlines.
• Broad understanding of the energy value chain, ideally gained with utilities, suppliers, traders, policymakers, or regulators.
• Experience delivering technical projects, ideally involving AI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address risks in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
