Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.
• Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Lead governance routines, status calls, executive reviews, and steering committees for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Monitor project health, identify risks and blockers, and drive issues and escalations through resolution.
• Coordinate customers and cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, SRE, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Use AI tools, Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration to improve reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and customer communications.

• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a focus on customer value and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, customer stakeholders, and executives.
• Strong business acumen, customer awareness, ownership, resilience, and follow-through.
• Confidence holding stakeholders accountable and challenging scope creep or unrealistic timelines.
• Technical curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and hirify.global platform architecture.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or Power Apps, and with building workflow automations.
