Lead Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple delivery teams, Product Owners, Tech Leads, client stakeholders, and multidisciplinary specialists.
• Manage delivery cadence, dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-stream impacts.
• Create and maintain integrated plans, RAIDD logs, resourcing forecasts, and progress reports.
• Facilitate cross-stream planning workshops and critical path mapping.
• Consolidate stream reporting into executive summaries and align outputs with programme and client goals.
• Establish quality gates, documentation standards, reporting processes, and effective communication between clients and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple teams and large projects to meet customer needs.
• Experience managing project budgets; project management certification is preferred.
• Ability to organize teams and work to meet or exceed required timescales.
• Experience leading and inspiring teams, communicating with senior clients and stakeholders, and connecting delivery work to customer value.
• Experience championing agile methodologies, supporting team-structure changes, and embedding data-driven ways of working.
• Advanced English level required.
