Sr. Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; current and continued US residency required

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and annual operating plans.
• Analyze SaaS metrics including revenue, bookings, ARR, churn, retention, margins, and operational KPIs.
• Build, audit, and maintain transparent financial models, budget-versus-actuals reports, variance analyses, and scenario plans.
• Prepare executive, board, investor, and private equity reporting packages, including financial presentations and performance summaries.
• Use AI-enabled forecasting, anomaly detection, automation, and reporting tools to improve financial operations and data integrity.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, HR, Operations, data, and systems teams on ROI analysis, pricing, compensation modeling, hiring plans, and strategic business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools and understanding SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, forecasting platforms, or automation tools in a business environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a private equity-backed company or supporting board reporting and investor requests.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and planning systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience in a high-growth software or technology company.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or advanced analytics tools.
