Cell Therapy Field Application Specialist - UK/IE

What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Specialists to address customers’ scientific application needs.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support, product demonstrations, seminars, and training.
• Support customers remotely, in person, and in the laboratory through experiments, sample follow-up, and technical advice.
• Develop application-driven training courses and demonstrations for customer sites and scientific meetings.
• Build strong technical relationships and identify scalable applications, cost savings, and productivity improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field.
• Preferred academic background in cell biology, biochemistry, or immunology.
• At least 5 years of applications experience in the biotechnology industry.
• Comprehensive expertise in cell therapy, viral vectors, or upstream/downstream nucleic acid processes.
• Experience with cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, and funnel management.
• Understanding of customer business drivers and established industry networks.
