Senior CRO Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research for new and existing clients.
• Develop landing page concepts and customer acquisition funnels.
• Generate, prioritize, and document CRO hypotheses.
• Plan and manage A/B testing roadmaps across multiple clients.
• Analyze landing page and campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video producers, IT, analytics, and media buying teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, CRO, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proficient English language skills required. Experience with AI tools for marketing research and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in home improvement or lead generation.
• Experience with Meta, Google Ads, native advertising, or YouTube.
• Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with Tableau, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
