What you will do
- Lead the Proposal & Content function within the Tender Enablement team.
- Build, manage and develop a team of proposal managers and writers.
- Set Voi’s content strategy, tone of voice, editorial standards and quality controls.
- Plan capacity and resources across live and upcoming tenders.
- Develop multilingual content delivery, content libraries and reusable proposal assets.
- Lead strategic bids and collaborate with Commercial & Bid Strategy, Tender Governance, Design, local teams and subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in bid or tender writing, proposal management or content leadership.
- Experience owning bids, proposal content or a content function end to end.
- Proven experience building, leading and developing writing or proposal teams.
- Excellent written English required; additional European languages are an asset.
- Experience managing multilingual content delivery and building tender content libraries or knowledge-management assets.
- Strong understanding of public procurement, evaluation criteria, compliance requirements and senior-stakeholder management.

- Background in micromobility, urban mobility or transport.
