Resource & Traffic Manager (UK)

What you will do

• Chair the weekly EMEA resourcing meeting and maintain an accurate view of capacity, bookings, pipeline work, priorities, and leave.
• Manage Paprika job records, schedules, confidence states, booking rules, and system data integrity.
• Identify freelance needs, define requirements, coordinate setup and bookings, and track freelance spend against regional budgets.
• Onboard new starters and train project managers and client services teams on timesheets, Paprika, and resourcing processes.
• Own weekly timesheet compliance and escalate recurring issues to department heads.
• Improve resourcing processes and use AI to reduce manual reporting, reconciliation, and meeting follow-up.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of resourcing or studio traffic experience in a busy agency with project work and retained accounts.
• Strong judgement when matching people to work by skill, level, and fit, and when prioritising competing demands.
• Experience briefing and managing freelance resources, including managing budgets and tracking spend.
• Experience holding senior stakeholders to processes and improving workflows that are not working.
• Confidence working with resourcing or job management systems; Paprika experience is useful but not essential.
• Comfort working with capacity data, utilisation, grades, rates, contract dates, and reporting accuracy; existing use of AI or readiness to learn it quickly is expected.
