Senior Product Engineer (Data, AI & Analytics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid set-up

What you will do

• Design and build governed data pipelines and data products on a Lakehouse using medallion architecture.
• Productionise analytics and AI components, including RAG, agents, and model evaluation.
• Monitor analytics and AI components in production.
• Implement data quality controls, lineage, and observability.
• Collaborate with data owners on access management, quality remediation, and acceptance evidence.
• Contribute engineering options and estimates during solution framing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with production solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with software-engineering practices including testing, code review, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Experience delivering analytics or ML/AI use cases to production.
• Fluent English at C1 level required.
• Availability for a hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Azure, including ADLS Gen2 and Key Vault.
• Databricks, Unity Catalog, dbt, and dltHub.
• Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Experience in asset-heavy or industrial domains.
