Senior Software Engineer (AI & Automation)

Location: Hybrid work with 2 days per week on-site in Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Design and develop greenfield applications and services using AI and LLMs.
• Build business logic around existing AI models and integrate them with applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop APIs, system integrations, automated workflows, tests, monitoring, and repeatable deployment processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate AI output quality, optimize solution performance and cost, and implement security and data protection measures.
• Document technical solutions and processes and deliver production-ready internal AI-enabled applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong practical programming skills in Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience designing and developing applications, services, APIs, system integrations, and database-backed solutions.
• Experience with automated testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating existing AI models or LLMs into applications, including at least one AI solution used by real users.
• Ability to validate AI-generated code, analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and work between business and technology.
