Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote from Poland, with optional access to offices in Warsaw and Bydgoszcz and coworking spaces in Poznań, Łódź, Wrocław, and Gdańsk.

What you will do

• Build, operate, and maintain production-ready full-stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Integrate LLMs, model APIs, RAG, streaming, structured outputs, tool use, and vector or specialized data stores.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from solution design through testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability.
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, logs, metrics, and traces to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work with product teams, data scientists, AI engineers, and clients to clarify requirements and make technical tradeoffs.
• Act as a technical point of contact across different client projects, codebases, and technology stacks.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building maintainable Python backend services and APIs.
• Professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid SQL and relational database skills, with familiarity with vector or specialized data stores.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Git, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and application observability.
• Practical experience integrating external APIs and AI or LLM components, including streaming, structured outputs, and RAG.
• Clear communication in English and Polish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Angular, Node, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks, tool calling, Terraform, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus.
