Senior Python Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid from offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on B2B + VAT

What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve AI-powered agent workflows for legacy code modernisation.
• Build tooling for automated code analysis, migration, refactoring, testing, and evaluation.
• Develop maintainable Python solutions using clean software engineering practices.
• Integrate AI workflows with CI/CD and deployment platforms such as Tekton, ArgoCD, and Ansible.
• Work with LLMs, prompting, agentic coding tools, and vendor-agnostic model approaches.
• Collaborate with application teams to turn migration cases into reliable, repeatable automation.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and solid knowledge of software engineering principles, Git, code review, testing, and clean code.
• Practical experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps tools such as Tekton or ArgoCD.
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, and agentic AI workflows.
• Ability to understand code written in multiple programming languages, including legacy Java.
• Knowledge of Ansible or other Infrastructure as Code tools, plus familiarity with LLM evaluation, context engineering, or MCP.
• Good English communication skills and availability for hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy modernisation, code migration, or large-scale refactoring.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring, frontend technologies, or other modern target stacks.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments, preferably banking.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or similar solutions.
