Business Development Executive – Microsoft Modern Workplace (AI & Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through deal closure for Microsoft 365, AI, and security services.
• Engage enterprise customers to identify needs related to AI, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
• Position Microsoft Copilot, Defender, Intune, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID, and other Modern Workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Microsoft teams, presales architects, and delivery teams.
• Develop customer proposals, solution designs, pricing, workshops, events, and joint go-to-market campaigns.
• Coordinate with Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Work, Security, and application business units to deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably involving Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, AI, Copilot, Intune, Microsoft security technologies, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft or other cybersecurity, compliance, and risk-management transformations.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
• Commitment to inclusive collaboration and continuous learning.
