Subscription Services Operations Specialist (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Provide operational and administrative support for Subscription Services Representatives and renewal activities.
• Prepare renewal pipelines through account mapping, territory alignment, inquiry triage, and high-volume inbox management.
• Review installed-base reports, historical transactions, pricing, quotes, upgrades, and subscription renewal data for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners, Account Managers, Renewal, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve issues and co-term upgrades with renewal dates.
• Track renewal activity, ticket closures, and opportunity stages in Salesforce and internal tools.
• Develop process improvements and data projects that strengthen renewal reporting and operational performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Strong Salesforce aptitude and the ability to manage subscription renewal pipelines.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities, take initiative, work flexibly, and operate with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to manage heavy transaction workloads with close attention to detail and data accuracy.
