Technical Program Manager - People Systems

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with attendance at the Berlin campus 2 days per week

What you will do

• Contribute to the technical product roadmap and translate it into actionable execution plans.
• Conduct interviews and surveys across global entities and Centers of Excellence to identify user friction and automation opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs covering system performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
• Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and iteration.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, data science, analysts, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product, project, or program management experience delivering complex technical and data-driven products at scale.
• Strong data fluency and analytical skills, with experience working with engineers, data scientists, or analysts.
• Experience owning a technical or AI roadmap and leading execution across cross-functional teams.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• High autonomy, reliability, ownership of long-term OKRs, and the ability to turn complex challenges into clear product plans.
