Program Manager (AI)

Location: Grasbrunn, Germany; the project management team is based in Belgium and works from a home office.

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent software implementation projects from inception through completion.
• Define project vision, coordinate delivery, and ensure alignment with business and customer goals.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, remove obstacles, and handle escalations between customer and internal teams.
• Motivate project teams, facilitate participatory decision-making, and maintain a results-driven environment.
• Coordinate communication across departments and with clients to support successful delivery.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of project management experience in software implementation, preferably in enterprise information or content management.
• PMI, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management approaches.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, solve complex problems, negotiate effectively, and maintain quality.
• Experience managing virtual, globally distributed teams and cultural differences.
• Fluent German and Dutch, plus English, required in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in Enterprise Information Management or Enterprise Content Management.
• Dutch language skills are preferred.
