Global Sourcing Manager (Electronic Components)

Location: San Jose, California, USA; hybrid schedule with onsite work 2–3 days per week and remaining days remote

Annual base salary: $116,000–$152,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage sourcing and procurement for electronic components.
• Lead supplier selection, vendor management, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
• Analyze markets, competitors, customers, trends, products, cost structures, and sourcing opportunities.
• Drive cost reduction, long-term component capacity planning, business continuity, and risk mitigation.
• Provide supplier roadmaps and market analysis to internal customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams across US, EMEA, and AP regions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of sourcing experience, particularly with electronic components.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Proven supplier and cost management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work globally across US, EMEA, and AP regions, with knowledge of financial analysis related to sourcing.
