Technical Customer Engineer II

Location: Taiwan — Remote; willingness to travel and work at customer sites is required, with approximately 70% travel.

What you will do

• Provide technical, application, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for equipment and systems.
• Support sales activities through product demonstrations, trade shows, sales presentations, and customer consultations.
• Define testing plans with customer technical departments or end users and optimize product applications.
• Collect and analyze technical and competitor data to identify market and product opportunities.
• Prepare and present clear test reports for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product business units, R&D, parent companies, and sister companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Basic to good English communication skills for working with overseas colleagues and customers.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or automation systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites when required; estimated travel is 70%.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a responsible and self-motivated approach.

Nice to have

• Internship, project, laboratory, or hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, automation, electronics, mechanical systems, or dispensing technology.
• Previous experience in the semiconductor, SMT, electronics, automation, or related industries.
• Experience in a multinational company or customer-facing environment.
