Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity company developing NodeZero, a platform for production-safe autonomous penetration tests and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Present and position cybersecurity products and services for prospects and clients.
• Engage customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, challenges, infrastructure, and solution requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and refine customer solutions.
• Train sales staff on the technical aspects of the products and communicate field feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Support technical sections of RFPs and RFIs and occasionally assist with post-sales implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, risk management, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and initiative.
• Fluency in English and residence in Australia are required.
