Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity) - LATAM

Location: Fully remote within LATAM

Compensation: Paid position; rate depends on experience and location.

What you will do

• Integrate hirify.global products and solutions into client and partner environments.
• Assess customer infrastructure and recommend secure, scalable architecture improvements.
• Design, modify, test, and troubleshoot technical solutions, including third-level partner support.
• Lead Proofs of Concept, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, architecture, development, clients, and partners to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Analyze customer systems to identify opportunities for hirify.global solutions and communicate the impact of technical decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, hosting, or e-commerce, preferably as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Intermediate to advanced Linux skills, including hands-on command-line administration, troubleshooting, and operational work.
• Experience with web hosting, firewalling, and web traffic management.
• Strong client communication, analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor/B2B.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in hosting, e-commerce, or cloud infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
