Project Manager II (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite at 1576 Crosslink Pkwy, Belvidere, Illinois, United States

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus potential performance-based bonuses and additional compensation.

What you will do

• Lead large or multiple medium-sized implementation and sustainment projects for supply chain and Central Operations.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, success criteria, risks, schedules, resources, budgets, and management plans.
• Develop feedback collection, gap identification, reporting, and analytics tools by gathering data, identifying requirements, implementing finalized solutions, and tracking usage.
• Analyze operational efficiency, identify improvement opportunities and root causes, and develop solutions that reduce costs or support business goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, provide guidance on best practices, communicate metrics to leadership, and support business solution implementation.
• Manage changing priorities while maintaining project standards, data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in arts, sciences, business, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Project planning, execution, risk assessment, resource planning, budget monitoring, and change management experience.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, develop improvement opportunities, and communicate project metrics.
• Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and lead project initiatives.
• Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reporting, database, or feedback tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• SQL queries, report automation, or Microsoft Excel macro development.
