Production Process Supervisor (Welding)

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing process evaluation and development, including machining efficiency improvements, quality initiatives, fixture development, and tool testing.
• Manage process optimization and productivity improvement projects across the company.
• Lead and develop the process engineering team, strengthening technical capability and performance.
• Manage welding systems in accordance with ISO 3834 and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with workshops and suppliers on welding performance, supplier capability evaluation, equipment investments, safety, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Welding Engineering or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of welding experience and IWE certification.
• Experience managing welding systems and ISO 3834 requirements.
• Advanced English communication skills are required for daily work.
• Strong communication, coordination, continuous learning, technical problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
