Quality Specialist

What you will do

• Handle and analyze non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier quality data, verify corrective actions, and support supplier quality improvements.
• Organize and participate in supplier, process, and product audits.
• Create and update quality procedures and inspection criteria, train relevant employees, and verify effectiveness.
• Monitor production quality data and implement improvement plans.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of quality control or process improvement experience in a manufacturing company.
• Good written and spoken English, as well as English reading and listening skills.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with BI tools; Minitab experience is a plus.
• Compliance with all local hirify.global employment requirements and processes in China.
