Value Analysis Director (Healthcare)

Location: Must be based in the Philadelphia area with occasional travel to the Philadelphia office as business needs arise.

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead strategic value analysis initiatives that improve clinical quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance for healthcare clients.
• Develop value analysis strategies aligned with client objectives and organizational priorities.
• Advise clients on clinical product utilization, standardization, supply chain optimization, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to evaluate product performance and support recommendations.
• Build and sustain value analysis programs, governance structures, methodologies, and best practices.
• Coordinate change management, stakeholder engagement, implementation, KPI monitoring, and outcome reporting.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or healthcare consulting.
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical product evaluation, utilization management, and evidence-based value analysis.
• Experience working with clinical, supply chain, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, initiative management, and change navigation skills.
