Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Onsite in Cleveland or Highland Heights, Ohio, United States

Salary: $68,000–$88,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze inventory usage and demand to optimize stock levels, reorder points, and material availability.
• Manage purchasing activities for materials, components, and services while balancing cost, quality, and delivery.
• Maintain bills of material, item revisions, and ERP data for accurate planning and production.
• Coordinate material requirements with Product Management, Engineering, Production, and Operations.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing and terms, resolve supply issues, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track market trends, capacity constraints, and supply risks while supporting production planning and capacity growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline and at least three years of relevant supply chain procurement experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with purchasing, planning, inventory control, and MPS/ERP systems.
• Ability to read and understand bills of material and use standard Microsoft productivity tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and access U.S. export-controlled information.
