Procurement and Vendor Specialist (Clearance Sponsorship)

Salary: $64,000–$128,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders across procurement and project teams.
• Assess project goals and develop procurement and acquisition strategies aligned with customer requirements.
• Execute procurements for materials, services, labor subcontracts, technical requirements, facilities, and logistics.
• Prepare purchase requests and support the development of Subcontract Statements of Work.
• Coordinate between program teams, procurement, contracts, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.

Requirements

• Able to obtain a security clearance.
• At least 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, contracts, or subcontracts.
• Experience supporting procurement in government contracting environments.
• Experience developing procurement strategies, preparing purchase requests, and supporting SSOW development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, FAR regulations, company policies, and program rules.

Nice to have

• Experience developing detailed Subcontract Statements of Work.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, architectural and structural, fire protection, telecommunications, security design, and construction disciplines.
