PPV Coordinator (Semiconductor Procurement)

What you will do

• Analyze customer BOMs, RFQs, component lists, quotations, and sourcing requirements for OEM and EMS customers.
• Identify and prioritize cost-saving opportunities based on savings potential, sourcing feasibility, customer strategy, and market conditions.
• Monitor semiconductor availability, lifecycle status, allocation risks, lead times, excess inventory, shortages, and supply-demand trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Buyers, Procurement, Supply Chain, and purchasing leadership to resolve sourcing challenges and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare customer quotations, maintain automated quote strategy files, and provide analytical recommendations to Sales.
• Track sourcing outcomes, participate in business reviews, and recommend process improvements, best practices, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility in a global environment.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and global suppliers.
• Strong BOM analysis and electronic component identification skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Experience analyzing complex customer datasets, pricing strategies, purchasing behavior, profitability drivers, quality systems, procurement SOPs, and corporate governance requirements.
