Senior Practice Leader (Developer Platform) for Professional Services, APAC

Location: Hybrid; available location is Sydney, Australia. Limited travel is expected, including in-person attendance at six monthly Professional Services leadership meetings in Lisbon and/or Austin and some customer travel within Australia. What you will do

• Act as the product manager for Professional Services offerings focused on the Developer Platform.
• Prioritize, define, and launch packaged, add-on, and fixed-outcome services for different customer segments.
• Create sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, delivery kits, accelerators, and enablement materials.
• Lead internal and external marketing campaigns for new and improved offerings.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Engineering, Services Sales, Consulting Delivery, and go-to-market leaders.
• Build the practice's expertise in Developer Platform configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in professional services, practice architecture or leadership, or developer-oriented customer-facing roles.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager, Practice Manager, or Architect, with strong professional-services and development-platform knowledge.
• Ability to translate business challenges into developer-platform solutions, rapidly prototype solutions, and guide their evolution into business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, Zero Trust/SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, APIs, CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, load balancing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English, written and oral, is required. Additional regional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
• Fluency in one or more additional regional languages.
