Senior Solutions Consultant (Digital Workspace)

Location: Sydney or Melbourne, Australia; hybrid/onsite with up to 70% travel for customer and partner meetings

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for strategic enterprise opportunities across ANZ.
• Run customer discovery workshops and identify business and technical challenges.
• Design and present solutions across digital workspace, endpoint management, virtual desktops, digital employee experience, and Zero Trust Security.
• Develop business cases and communicate value to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP/RFI responses, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product teams, with a focus on financial services and other regulated industries.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical pre-sales, consulting, or equivalent industry experience.
• Consultative discovery and value-selling experience focused on strategic transformation opportunities.
• Strong presentation, product demonstration, listening, reasoning, and objection-handling skills.
• Strong security and compliance knowledge, including Zero Trust and APRA requirements.
• Familiarity with IRAP, Essential Eight, and government security frameworks.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, hirify.global Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft RDS, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or Citrix mobile technologies.
