Key Account Manager - Team Sports

Location: Resident in Mexico City, Mexico; working from home

What you will do

• Own key accounts in the team sports market and drive profitable growth within the assigned territory.
• Manage customer negotiations, orders, progress updates, discrepancies, and resolution plans.
• Coordinate with planning and purchasing to prioritize orders and maintain service levels.
• Manage material forecasts, samples, and new-season product developments with customers.
• Identify new accounts, prepare product quotes, and use value-selling tools.
• Navigate complex customer and operational structures to determine effective solutions.

Requirements

• Passion for the sports industry; prior sector experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Must reside in Mexico City.
• Own car and a valid driving license.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, communication, customer service, and willingness to travel.
