Analyst, Central Planning, Supply Chain (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote; Flex Designation: Anywhere. The role supports new-site launches and includes up to 25% travel. The listed corporate address is Calabasas, California.

Salary: $69,500–$104,200 annually, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain a network platform supporting short-term workforce, inbound, and outbound planning.
• Partner with business stakeholders and distribution center leadership to translate central plans into operational execution.
• Help develop and implement dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for warehouse and supply chain performance.
• Analyze Integrated Business Planning tradeoffs, operational data, trends, and root causes to support business decisions.
• Support the rollout and standup of new buildings, including hands-on training at new sites.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in data science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, investigative, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced understanding of business intelligence systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a corporate remote office environment, including extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer use, and video conferencing.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform the job safely according to operating procedures.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of management experience supervising production personnel, especially in a distribution setting.
