Sr. Analyst, Renewals Strategy & Operations (SaaS)

Annual base salary: $104,000–$160,600 USD

What you will do

• Own weekly and quarterly renewal forecasting processes, track forecast accuracy, and develop new forecasting models.
• Lead target setting, capacity modeling, and book-of-business management to improve visibility into territories and account health.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership on incentive design and individual performance measurement.
• Own recurring reporting covering product depth, adoption, true-up visibility, and other renewal organization metrics.
• Use AI-assisted analysis, scale reporting systems for self-service, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in operational analytics, FP&A, or revenue operations, ideally supporting go-to-market, sales, Customer Success, or post-sales functions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and data pipelines, with the ability to assess the quality of AI-generated analysis.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial and business metrics.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and clearly present data to senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
• Role location is limited to the listed United States locations.
