Location: Virtual Office; regular travel is required to meet client needs and timetables.

Estimated annual salary: $187,800–$348,300, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead performance, execution, and value delivery across assigned client engagements.
• Build executive-level relationships and advise health system leaders on supply chain transformation.
• Integrate sourcing, value analysis, analytics, inventory management, and operations into unified delivery models.
• Drive savings initiatives, operational improvements, process redesign, and transformation programs.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, dashboards, escalation paths, and accountability routines.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support scalable solutions, revenue growth, and margin optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree desired.
• 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site environments and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success working in highly matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong record of delivering measurable financial and operational results with executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.
