HR Business Partner III (Aerospace)

Location: Dulles, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule with 60% onsite and 40% remote work, including weekly onsite presence.

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, with actual pay varying based on geographic differential, skills, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities and provide expert guidance on complex HR matters.
• Lead employee listening, engagement, risk management, sensitive employee relations cases, investigations, coaching, and related policy initiatives.
• Plan workforce needs, build internal talent pipelines, support succession planning, and guide recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Lead organizational transformation and change-management programs, including readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and resistance management.
• Analyze HR data, trends, engagement feedback, and employee relations information to identify risks and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with international teams, centralized recruiting functions, and Centers of Expertise to deliver HR solutions across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and appropriate work experience.
• At least 9 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• At least 4 years of experience working in a multifunctional international environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Dulles, Virginia on a weekly basis under a hybrid schedule.
• Current US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this US position.
• Ability to travel independently and at short notice and meet physical requirements related to office and production-floor work, including required PPE during shop-floor visits.

Nice to have

• At least 4 years of experience in aerospace.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
