HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid role ideally located in Raleigh, North Carolina; the posting also lists Morrisville, North Carolina.

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, with final compensation based on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Advise VP and senior business leaders on people strategies aligned with Customer Success Organization priorities.
• Improve leadership-team effectiveness through stronger alignment, accountability, decision quality, role clarity, and team dynamics.
• Lead organizational transformation, operating-model redesign, capability modernization, and change initiatives.
• Redesign work across people, AI, and automation while developing workforce plans, talent strategies, and future-ready operating models.
• Build repeatable frameworks for AI-human workflow design and contribute to enterprise workforce transformation.
• Develop succession, talent, leadership, culture, and organizational-health strategies using people data and business insights.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering directly with VP- and SVP-level leaders.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business or culture transformation, organizational redesign, or operating-model change.
• Experience influencing executive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments and translating business strategy into measurable people outcomes.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in the Raleigh, North Carolina area is expected.
