Senior Employee Relations Business Partner

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid with onsite presence required 3 days per week

Base salary: $169,000–$203,000 per year, excluding RSUs, Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, and any sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Conduct employee relations investigations into statutory complaints.
• Manage reasonable accommodation requests under the ADA in partnership with employees, managers, and HR.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations guidance to HR partners and business stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams and managers across organizational levels.
• Support employee relations policies, procedures, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Create and deliver HR policy training and use workforce analytics to identify trends and preventative solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in employee relations, employment law, or HR compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and corporate employment policies.
• Experience managing complex ADA accommodation requests.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in human resources, industrial relations, employment law, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite at the Foster City office 3 days per week.
