FP&A Business Partner (SaaS Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Partner with the CTO and Engineering organization on R&D investment, resource allocation, productivity, and decision-making.
• Analyze cloud infrastructure economics by connecting architecture, products, customers, usage, capacity, and consumption to unit economics and gross margin.
• Support CCO leadership across Professional Services, Support, Training, and Customer Success with analysis of margin, utilization, staffing mix, and cost to serve.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance outlooks for the supported organizations.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, product P&Ls, and product-level profitability views.
• Explain performance drivers and recommend actions that improve efficiency, scalability, and operating leverage.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SaaS cloud infrastructure economics, including consumption drivers, unit economics, scalability, and gross-margin implications.
• Approximately 5–8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance analytics, FinOps, or a related field.
• Experience in a $300M–$1B PE-backed or pre-IPO enterprise B2B SaaS company, or a comparable environment.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Technology, Product, or Tech/FinOps leaders.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to work with complex or imperfect operational data.
• Ability to move independently from analysis to insight and clear recommendations while working with senior leaders as an individual contributor.
