FP&A Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Run the monthly close process, reviewing P&L narratives across actuals, budget, forecast, prior year, revenue, margin, and engagement KPIs.
• Direct the monthly expense close by validating supplier and payroll variances and deciding which findings reach leadership.
• Own executive reporting and defend closing materials reviewed with the Wellz CEO and hirify.global corporate FP&A.
• Lead Wellz’s quarterly forecast cycle, coordinating inputs, correcting errors, and defending submissions internally.
• Drive the cost and FP&A side of the annual budget, including financial models, scenario stress tests, and process checklists.
• Translate financial data into proactive recommendations on margin, costs, and investments while using and extending AI agents.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Proven ability to use AI for financial modeling, error detection, and first-pass analysis; extending the existing AI agent toolkit is required.
• Strong hands-on spreadsheet modeling skills and the ability to maintain models independently under time pressure.
• Ability to translate complex P&Ls into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
• Experience executing precise monthly and quarterly cadences and building playbooks where processes are not yet documented.
• Fluent English is mandatory for regular interaction with hirify.global’s global finance organization.
