TL;DR
FP&A Manager (FTC) (Financial Planning & Analysis): Owning forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, scenario modelling, and board materials for a fresh pet-food business expanding across Europe with an accent on commercial performance, operational economics, and process improvement. Focus on analysing P&L and cash drivers, modelling product and market launches, presenting insights to senior leadership, and using AI and automation to strengthen reporting.
Location: Hybrid in London, UK, with 3 days per week in the West London office and 2 days working remotely. Candidates must be within a comfortable commuting distance of London and have the right to work in the UK.

produces and delivers freshly prepared dog food across the UK and Europe and is a B-Corp certified business focused on animal health and sustainability.
What you will do
- Own rolling forecasts, management accounts consolidation, budgeting, long-range planning, and P&L and cash variance analysis.
- Lead four-weekly business reviews with budget owners, identifying risks, opportunities, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Partner with commercial teams on CPA, growth, retention, channel effectiveness, and resource allocation.
- Partner with operational teams on unit economics, standard costs, yield, write-offs, and OEE.
- Lead scenario modelling for product and market launches across Europe and present analysis to senior leadership.
- Prepare quarterly board materials, review analysts' work, and improve reporting processes using AI and automation.
Requirements
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A and ownership of forecasting or budgeting processes.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and preparing board-level materials.
- Advanced financial modelling, data manipulation, analysis, and graphical data presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and complex problem-solving ability.
- Existing right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Direct-to-consumer experience with cohorts, LTV, and payback analysis.
- Manufacturing or standard costing experience.
- Experience reporting across multiple markets or jurisdictions.
- Experience reviewing or managing analysts' work.
- Experience with Datarails or a similar FP&A platform.
