Substrates Business Capacity and Capability Lead (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead supplier technical capability assessments, readiness plans, capacity expansions, and executive-level risk mitigation.
• Align substrate supply chain requirements with hirify.global product and foundry roadmaps.
• Build strategic relationships with substrate, material, and equipment suppliers and maintain market hirify.globalligence.
• Oversee second- and third-tier suppliers and guide development of core, buildup, and solder resist materials.
• Lead supplier execution for test vehicle builds, new product introduction, and high-risk builds.
• Architect an affordable, resilient, performance-enabling substrate supply chain with business units and customers.

Requirements

• Expertise in supply chain engineering, supplier management, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing performance, driving results, and leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Experience managing semiconductor test equipment and tooling.
• Experience negotiating complex deals with suppliers or customers.
• Degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD in supply chain, engineering, or technical leadership.
