Relationship Manager (Fintech)

Location: Clearwater, FL, or Westlake, TX; in-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $66,000–$100,000 USD annually depending on compensation zone and location, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with advisor firms and develop a broad understanding of their business, structure, decision makers, technology stack, and client demographics.
• Educate advisors about platform changes, products, tools, and the upcoming roadmap.
• Use CRM and internal technology to identify firm signals and trends, then translate them into actionable feedback and education opportunities.
• Meet with firms virtually and in person to deepen relationships, improve platform adoption, and increase loyalty.
• Advocate for firms internally, escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders, and influence platform enhancements based on advisor needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer service and related industry experience.
• Strong understanding of the registered investment advisor industry and the TradePMR by Robinhood platform, features, tools, and products.
• Passion for problem-solving and helping clients resolve complex requests.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and an execution-focused approach to new responsibilities.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) qualification required; Series 7 preferred.
• Ability to work from the Clearwater, Florida, or Westlake, Texas office with attendance at least 3 days per week.
