Associate Relationship Manager - Specialty Vehicles (Fintech)

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States; onsite office environment

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers in developing and managing specialty-vehicle financing client relationships.
• Understand customer needs through sales conversations, data analysis, and industry publications.
• Prepare complete credit applications and follow up on missing materials, credit questions, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate communication among customers, dealers, vendors, and internal functional groups.
• Maintain client and forecasting information in internal systems and assist with vendor quotes.
• Research equipment manufacturers and their sales channels for potential new financing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Customer-focused approach and strong organizational skills.
