AI Transformation Lead

Location: Hybrid position based out of the Chicago or Austin hubs, United States

Compensation: OTE $156K–$198K, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers and lead ROI and value-realization initiatives alongside customer success partners.
• Define AI transformation visions and Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks with Fortune 50–100 leadership teams.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and help executives prioritize AI adoption.
• Analyze surveys and interviews to quantify AI adoption outcomes and P&L impact in business reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional customer programs, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scale transformation best practices through reusable frameworks, decks, and communications.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Proven experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Mastery of change management, strategic thinking, vision setting, framework definition, and translating capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including presentations to boards and cross-functional conflict resolution.
• Professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Chicago or Austin hub.
