Client Solutions Associate (FinTech)

Salary: $70,000–$76,000 per year

What you will do

• Build relationships with leaders and professionals in the financial industry to understand their workflows and investment processes.
• Partner with clients to provide solutions using hirify.global products and increase product adoption.
• Support hirify.global applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product training sessions in client offices and at training seminars.
• Collect product feedback and advocate for client needs with Product Development.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and/or FinTech and a client-centric mindset.
• Experience or interest in client-facing support work.
• Ability to learn and use new technology, build relationships, collaborate across teams, and solve problems analytically.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree conferred by May 2027.
